Terra Ocean View 2 bedrooms & Luxury Duplex 2 bedrooms rates include breakfast for 4 adults and 2 children (under 5 years old). Extra bed in room: VND 800,000 net/night (Maximum 1 unit/ condos, including breakfast).
Other categories rates include breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children (under 5 years old). Extra bed in room: VND 800,000 net/night (Maximum 1 unit/ room, including breakfast).
Minimum of 02 night-stay at weekends (Friday & Saturday)
Compulsory meals are not included room rate.
Room rates are valid for bookings from 1-9 rooms (FIT), with bookings more than 10 rooms (GIT), please contact Sales Department to obtain the best rate.
Party A reserves the right to change this room rate agreement with written notice to Party B at least 01 month before validity. Room rates are not allowed to be disclosed to the third party or any public communication without written agreement from Party A.

Check-In & Check – Out Time:
Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs and check-out time is at or before 12:00 noon. Extension of check-out time is subject to availability and will be charged as follows:
∙ Check out until 18:00 hrs. – 50% of the agreement rate will be applied.
∙ Check out after 18:00 hrs. – 100% of the agreement rate will be applied.
Children Policy:
– Complimentary accommodation with breakfast for maximum 02 children under 5 years old.
– Complimentary baby cot for infant (subject to availability).
– Up to 02 children from 5 to under 12 years old per room can share parent’s existing bedding for complimentary, and the surcharge of VND 198,000 net/night /child for the buffet breakfast will be applied.
– Children from 12 years old and above should be considered as adult, extra bed inclusive breakfast is required. Pet Policy:
We regret to inform to all pet owners that as much as we appreciate pets, as a courtesy to other guests, pets are not allowed on the premises in The Resort.
