- Maximum room occupancy is 2 persons and 1 person sleeping in extra An additional child below 6 years of age if sleeping in existing bedding is allowed to stay and no charge for breakfast and meal plan is applied. Only one (1) extra bed is allowed per room category. There is no charge for accommodation for children of under 6 years old if sharing the same existing bedding. Valid for all room types with the exception of:
- Spa Villa with Private Pool One Bed Room: maximum 2 adults only
- Extra bed includes breakfast, if applicable benefits for prevailing room type and available upon request with surcharge
- GIT rates are applicable upon request to M.I.C.E. groups, leisure groups, corporate accounts or exhibition delegates with a minimum of 10 rooms and available upon request
- Benefits List Category A: Applicable for all villas and rooms
- Contract rates above are including buffet breakfast for maximum of 2 persons for double occupancy. The exception to that is for Family Hill Villa Private Pool Three Bedroom where breakfast is provided for maximum of 6 persons

- No refund in cash or barter against other services will be given for unconsumed meal
