Peak Season surcharge: On 24Dec, 31Dec, Lunar Tet (30,1,2,3 Tet)

RATE INCLUSION

• One welcome drink per passenger on board upon check-in
• Cruise Itinerary and Program
• Entrance and sightseeing fees
• Complimentary mineral water in room (01 bottle per person per night cruise)
• In-house English-speaking Tour Guide (not aplicable for charter)
• Deluxe Vietnamese and International Breakfast, Lunch and dinner
• Insurance on board (Terms and conditions applied)
• Kayaking (on double kayak sharing basis)

RATE EXCLUSION

• All Airfares, Visa Arrangements
• Transfer to and from Hanoi
• Tips and Beverages
• Personal Expenses
• Other items excluded in rate inclusion
• VAT 

TRANSPORTATION RATES

• Option 1: Shuttle bus is 200,000/pax/ for 1 way or 400,000/pax for round ways (Nortmal Way)
• Option 2: Limousine Car 300,000pax/ for 1 way or 550,000/pax/ Roundtrip (High Way)

Note: Pick up time is between 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM at center Hanoi and Old Quarter only.

CHILDREN CABIN RATES: 

• Children under 5 years old: free of charge if sharing a cabin with parents without extra bed. Baby Cot is free of charge but subject to availability of the travel date.
• Children from 5 to below 8 years old: 50% charge if sharing bed with parents, or 75% if extra bed is requiring. 
• Children from 8 to below 11 years old: 75% charge if sharing bed with parent, or 100% charge if extra bed is requiring.
• Two children under 11 years old sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of full cabin rate.
• Children from 11 years old: full charge as adults’ rate.

GUIDE POLICY: 

Party A will provide English/ Vietnamese speaking guide. 

Party B’s tour guide travel along with guests to translate or assist guests (all languages) must be informed to Party A upon booking or at least 3 days before travel date in writing for Party A’s arrangement and will be charged as below:

• FREE charge for guide on boat (sharing meal with crews, stay in internal cabin or sharing cabin with other guide, subject to the room availability) for booking from 5 cabins up, below 5 cabins to be charge 300,000vnd/2D1N our or 500,000vnd/3D/2N 
• 500,000vnd per guide for 2 days 1 night itinerary (meal as guests, stay in internal cabin or sharing cabin with other guide, subject to the room availability)
• 1,000,000vnd per guide for 3 days 2 nights itinerary (meal as guests, stay in internal cabin or sharing cabin with other guide, subject to the room availability)
• No guide charge for group with 10 cabins upwards stay in internal cabin or sharing cabin with other guide having meals as guest.
• FOC for charter cruise if cabins are available. 

CANCELLATION/ AMENDMENT POLICY

• FIT bookings (01 to 05 cabins): No charge for cancellation of booking fee if cancel 03 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation booking within 03 days to arrival date or No Show to be charged 100% booking
• GIT/Serie bookings (06 cabins upwards): No charge for cancellation of booking fee if cancel booking before cut –off date. 

-Amend/deducting room after COD: NO charge for deducting room if deducting room no is below 20% of total room booked and before 5 days to arrival

-Low season: Cut- off date is 20 days prior to arrival. 30% charge of total booking fee if cancel booking within 20 to 10 days before arrival date. Cancellation booking within 9 to 5 days before arrival 50% charged.  Cancellation within 4 days to check in date or No show to be charged 80% of total booking

-High season: Cut- off date is 30 days prior to arrival. 30% charge of total booking fee if cancel booking within 30 to 20 days before arrival date. Cancellation booking within 19 to 10 days before arrival 50% charged.  Cancellation within 9 days to check in date or No show to be charged 80% of total booking

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposit

 Based on supply/demand, it is applied with agreement of the both parties upon booking confirmation

Payment:

• To non-credit company: full payment must be made 03 days before guest check-in
• To credit guaranteed company:  full payment should be received by party A within 10 days after completed invoices received by the Company. The cruise have the rights to temperary cancel the onward booking and freezed the contracts until the payment settled.. 

Exchange rate

Invoices will be settled in Vietnamese Dong at the USD selling exchange rate of  Vietcombank on the date of payment.  Payment can either  settle by cash or bank transfer.

NATURAL CALAMITIES POLICY 

BAD WEATHER

In cases, the boats are not permitted of cruising overnight because of the bad weather, we collected situations and you can find related expense to work with your clients as details below: 

OTHER CALAMITIES

In cases of high inflation (>10%) or the oil prices increase (>25%) or the increase of the sight seeing ticket (>10%) or tax, other fees applied by the government increase, the party A have right to change the rates to maintain the cruise quality.

The Party B shall be informed by text via email or letters at least 30 days before cruising dates.  All confirmed booking within 30 days will be keep the confirmed prices. Below table indicate the increase rates approximately.

Both parties have committed to execute all obligations which are stipulated in the above mentioned Articles.  Any amendment to the Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

This contract shall be made in 02 (two) copies in English version and 02 (two) copies in Vietnamese version with the same validity. Each party keeps 02 copies. The two parties signify their agreement above term & conditions and chop as bellow:
