Rate Structure

•  Rates in local currency are based on an assumed rate of exchange to the US Dollar. If the actual rate of exchange is to fluctuate by over 5% against the assumed rate, the Resort reserves the right to amend the local rates applied in the contract.

•  Rates quoted are not applicable for Corporate Transient or Group Reservations.

•  Room reservations are subject to availability.

•  Group rates for 08 rooms and above are available upon request and subject to space and rate availability.

•  Rates are quoted per night, including room and breakfast based on maximum 2 adults & 1 child under 12 years old share existing bedding with parents.

Arrival / Departure Policy

•  Day charges, early check in (before 14:00hrs), late check-out (up to 18:00hrs) are subject to a charge of 50% of existing contract rates and subject to availability.

•  Full contract rate will be charged for check-out after 18:00 hrs and it will be considered as an extra night.

Extra Bed Charge
